God save the Queen!
I’m in England!
the mother land!
Literally my mother land as my mum is from here hehe.
Saw the Kings Speech yesterday. (http://www.kingsspeech.com/) Phenomenal! So interesting and spectacularly executed! Very well done indeed. The film was made more interesting by the fact that I have first hand accounts of events around the time of his coronation and WWII from my late Grandmother, Doris Lovell. She wrote diaries every single year, and kept all her notebooks and date books rom the late 1930’s right up 10 2004!

I am currently scanning, typing and reciting on to voice recording these amazing glimpses of history. I’m so fortunate to have a chance to see these. They are extremely personal and give me such a clear image of this wonderful woman. I feel I know her so much better now. I got my lovelly tattoo in honour of this lovelly woman after her passing! I’m very fortunate to come from a family that valued their history and that was so rich in information.
As you can see from some of photos of my brother, he also values the family name and hence got a tattoo of our family crest!
I’m now staying with my Aunty Linda, dad’s sister, the Marcham family. We are in East Grinstead and have been taking lovely walks, enjoying easter eggs far too early and having a good giggle.
